Guess the Elite Athlete baby Competition

Finalists Draw – Terms and Conditions

Participants stand a chance to be selected as one of two winners in the Guess the Elite Athlete Competition draw.

The two winners will each win 1 of two Spa Vouchers worth R1500 each.

The competition will run between 20 August 2026 and 23 August 2026.

1. To enter the competition, participants must guess the Elite baby Athlete shown on the Artwork, the participant must be following our Hollywoodbets 10km race pages (Durban & Joburg respectively) and Hollywood Athletics Club social media pages.
   
   
2. There are no fees required to enter the competition.
   
   
3. Entrants must be 18 years or older to qualify and is only open to Female participants.
   
   
4. A random draw will be conducted under the supervision of an internal auditor to select the two winners from all eligible entrants.
   
   
5. The draw to determine the finalists will take place on 25 August 2026 on Microsoft Teams. Once the winners are selected, an announcement in the form of an Artwork will be shared on social media platforms.
   
   
6. The Final Prize Draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent auditor to ensure fairness and transparency.
   
   
7. Finalists and prize winners will be contacted will be announced on Tuesday , the 25th of August 2026.
   
   
8. Valid identification will be required to claim a prize.
   
   
9. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven working days, the prize may be forfeited, and another draw may take place.
   
   
10. All decisions made by Hollywood Athletics Club regarding the competition, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation, are final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. By participating, entrants acknowledge and accept this condition.
    
    
11. By entering the competition, you agree:

• that Hollywood Athletics Club may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.
• to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and
• to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

12. Entrants, by virtue of participation, understand that information provided is collected by Hollywoodbets, in terms of its Customer Privacy notice that can be found at https://www.hollywoodathleticsclub.co.za/privacy-policy/
    
    
13. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents.
    
    
14. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
    
    
15. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
    
    
16. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, X, or Instagram.
