Finalists Draw – Terms and Conditions
The three finalists will then each stand a chance to win one of the following prizes:
- 1st Prize – Renault Kiger
- 2nd Prize – R10 000
- 3rd Prize – R5 000
- The campaign runs between 21 August 2025 and 13 September 2025. The organizers reserve the right to change the dates during the duration of the campaign.
- All registered entrants into the Hollywoodbets Durban or Joburg 10km will automatically be entered into the Draw.
- No additional fee is required to enter.
- Entrants must be 18 years or older to qualify.
- A random draw will be conducted under the supervision of an auditor to select three finalists from all eligible entrants.
- The draw to determine the finalists will take place on 29 August 2025 (Durban) and 12 September 2025 (Joburg) on Microsoft Teams
- The Final Prize Draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent auditor to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Finalists and prize winners will be contacted using the details provided at registration.
- Valid identification and proof of entry will be required to claim a prize.
- If a finalist or winner cannot be contacted within seven working days, the prize may be forfeited, and another draw may take place.
- All decisions made by Hollywood Athletics Club regarding the vehicle draw, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize allocation, are final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. By participating, entrants acknowledge and accept this condition.
- By entering the competition, you agree:
- that Hollywood Athletics Club may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition.
- to receive communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; and
- to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and/or photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.

- Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone, or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywood Athletics Club or its authorised agents.
- Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
- By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.

Vehicle Draw – Terms and Conditions
- The promotion is open only to contestants who have been duly selected and confirmed by Hollywood Athletics Club, to participate in the final draw.
- Contestants must be present at the event on the specified date and time in order to participate. Failure to be present may result in forfeiture of participation rights.
- Order of Draw
- An independent auditor will conduct a random draw to determine the order in which contestants will select their boxes (“Order of Draw”).
- The first contestant drawn will have the first choice of the available boxes.
- The second contestant drawn will select from the remaining boxes.
- The third contestant drawn will automatically receive the final box.
- Box Selection Procedure
- Once selected, each contestant will stand beside their chosen box, which will be held by a Hollywoodbets promotional assistant.
- After all contestants are in place, the MC will initiate a countdown from three (3) to one (1).
- On completion of the countdown, the promotional assistants will simultaneously open the boxes to reveal the prizes.
- Prizes
- The prizes inside the boxes are pre-determined and placed randomly under the supervision of a Hollywood Athletics Club Team Member and the auditor.
- The prizes are as follows:

- 2nd Prize – R10 000
- 3rd Prize – R5 000
- Each contestant will win the prize contained within the box they selected.
- No exchanges, substitutions, or transfers of prizes are permitted.
