To our Amazing Running Community – More than just a race day, this event has always been about the community – thriving on fun, camaraderie and the joy of movement. That’s why this update is shared with humble hearts.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we’ve had to move the Hollywoodbets Durban 10km race from Sunday, 31 August 2025 to Saturday, 30 August 2025.
We know this change may impact some of your plans, and we’re truly sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. Please know that this decision wasn’t made lightly. Our top priority is to deliver a safe, well-supported and memorable race experience for everyone -and this change is the best way to ensure just that.
Thank you for being the incredible, understanding community that you are. Now, here’s everything you need to know:
The Hollywoodbets Durban 10km race, originally set for Sunday, 31 August 2025, will now take place on Saturday, 30 August 2025 (Same course, same spirit – just one day earlier!)
Updated Race Pack Collection Dates:
- Wednesday, 27 August 2025 | 10:00 – 18:00
- Thursday, 28 August 2025 | 10:00 – 18:00
- Friday, 29 August 2025 | 10:00 – 16:00
Refund Information:
If you cannot participate on the new race date, you can request a refund from 28 July2025 to 8 August 2025.
How to Refund Your Entry:
- Log into your Webtickets profile: My Tickets
- Click on My Tickets
- Click CHOOSE ACTION and select REFUND TICKETS next to your booking.
Note the following:
- Credit Card payments: Refunds automatically return to your card.
- EFT, PayFast, or Ozow payments: Enter banking details for refund processing (7–10 working days).
- Pick n Pay payments: You’ll receive a new reference number to collect cash refund at any Pick n Pay store nationwide.
