Refund & Return Policy – Hollywood Athletics Club Online Shop

Thank you for shopping at the Hollywood Athletics Club Online Store. We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
- Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Customers incures shipping cost for their return
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards/Voucher orders
- Digital products (e.g. downloadable training plans)
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Used or damaged items not due to manufacturer defects
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will cover the return shipping and issue a replacement or full refund.
