The 2026 Colgate Road Race will take place on Sunday, 3 May 2026, starting at 06h30 at Boksburg Stadium, Jubilee Road, Leeuwpoort 113-Ir, Boksburg, Gauteng.

Participants can choose from three distances: 32km, 15km, and 5km races.
