Hollywood Athletics Club Time Trials are a runs over a set distance designed to assess fitness and pacing. While runners may aim for personal bests, the session can also be used as a controlled training run.
Open to the running community, the time trials take place every Thursday. They are an effective way to track progress, test pacing strategies and build overall fitness.
